The finance department manages the financial matters of William Fry in Ireland, the UK and US with dedicated teams providing expertise in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Client Billing. The internship will provide exposure to all aspects of the finance department, through shadowing experienced team members as well as gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their commercial awareness and acquire a well-rounded knowledge of the finance function and its strategic role in the wider business.
Our 5-week in person paid internship will equip you with professional skills and experience to increase your employability. For the duration of your internship, you will be working with the finance department and assigned to a buddy and supervisor to ensure you are fully supported. You will be fully immersed in department work while receiving formal training and mentoring, to empower you to get the most from the opportunity. The internship will provide opportunities to get involved in CSR activities, network with our people across the firm, and socialise with your fellow interns.
